use of church rates
*A $200 deposit is required at the time of signing the rental contract for ANY and ALL events.

Rental Payment (in Full) is required prior to the start of any event. (Deposit does not count towards payment)

- The full deposit will be returned for any service/ceremony cancellations that are more than 30 days in advance of the scheduled date.
- A $50 nonrefundable fee will be deducted if cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to event

**Renter is responsible for cleanup after the event OR may elect to pay UCC an additional fee for custodial services. Failure to cleanup will result in loss of all or a portion of the deposit. UCC Custodial service rates depend upon the size and type of event. UCC Custodial services are REQUIRED for any event held on a Saturday after 2pm and for ALL Baptismal Services.

***Baptismal rate includes the use of the sanctuary {$50}, custodial service {$50} and baptismal set up and use {$100}. ALL Baptismal Services require a mandatory custodial fee of $50.00. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All rentals are at the church's discretion.
