Our church is located on Parksley Road, about half way between Route 13 Lankford Highway and the charming Town of Parksley. Our facility includes a vestibule, a sanctuary with large stage and walk-in baptismal pool, an office, a kitchen, a pantry, a dining hall and several bathrooms. The grounds also include a large, enclosed festival area, the UCC Grave Yard and a paved parking lot.

The 30' wide stage/platform area provides ample space for the pulpit as well as church musicians, singers, pastors and special guests. We were blessed to be able to purchase our current pulpit with a portion of the funds raised by our Jesus Festival. In front of the stage, you will find the altar. An additional altar rail with kneeler is currently under construction by our congregation. Our walk-in baptismal pool is located behind the stage and accessed from another room. During baptismal services, the pulpit is moved to the side, so the congregation can clearly view the celebration.
The sanctuary contains twenty one pews and can seat over a hundred people comfortably. Notice the booth in the back from which our sound tech controls the music and sound. Our fellowship hall is a multipurpose space that can be reconfigured to meet the need, be it a dinner, a meeting, a Bible study, a reception, a celebration, an indoor yardsale, a children's Sunday School class, or any other need or occasion. The adjoined kitchen is also multifunctional. In addition to its kitchen functionality, the large space provides fellowship hall overflow, baptismal access and staging, and backstage prep space for guest musicians.
The UCC Graveyard
The United Christian Church Graveyard is located directly behind the church. We recently fenced in the entire area including the festival ground with privacy fence as a temporary measure. We will be upgrading to black metal industrial fencing with brick columns in the future and adding gates and driveways. The graveyard holds church members and their families. We also make some grave sites available to the public for a specified donation. Our founder, Rev. William A. Cathell, Sr., is laid to rest in the UCC Graveyard.
