*A $200 deposit is required at the time of signing the rental contract for ANY and ALL events. ​

  Rental Payment (in Full) is required prior to the start of any event. (Deposit does not count towards payment)

- The full deposit will be returned for any service/ceremony cancellations that are more than 30 days in          advance of the scheduled date. ​

 - A $50 nonrefundable fee will be deducted if cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to event

**Renter is responsible for cleanup after the event OR may elect to pay UCC an additional fee for custodial services.     Failure to cleanup will result in loss of all or a portion of the deposit. UCC Custodial service rates depend upon the     size and type of event. UCC Custodial services are REQUIRED for any event held on a Saturday after 2pm and for         ALL Baptismal Services.

***Baptismal rate includes the use of the sanctuary {$50}, custodial service {$50} and baptismal set up and           use {$100}. ALL Baptismal Services require a mandatory custodial fee of $50.00. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All rentals are at the church's discretion.
